This is because Patch Tuesday cumulative updates are downloaded and installed automatically when you try to ignore them but don't hit the pause optional. If you don't want to grab these fixes, make sure that you hit the pause button. If you want to grab these updates, check for updates in the Settings and the update will begin installing.
